This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which HandCode.org ("we", "us", or "our") offers refunds for its digital services and subscriptions.
Due to the custom nature of our web design and development work, refunds are handled as follows:
Our monthly packages (Freelancer, Local Business, Nationwide Business) are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to your services until the end of that billing period.
We stand behind the quality of our code. If your website does not achieve a Google PageSpeed score of 95+ on desktop upon launch (assuming hosting on our recommended Edge CDN), we will optimize it at no additional cost until it does.
If we are unable to achieve this score within 14 days of launch, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 20% of the development fee.
